Each life converges to some centre
Expressed or still;
Exists in every human nature
A goal,
Admitted scarcely to itself, it may be,
Too fair
For credibility's temerity
To dare.
Adored with caution, as a brittle heaven,
To reach
Were hopeless as the rainbow's raiment
To touch,
Yet persevered toward, surer for the distance;
How high
Unto the saints' slow diligence
The sky!

WEC Works
WEC Commoners create safe places of self expression to encourage healing, evolution and confidence within the writing community. Listen to what these authors have to say about WEC public spaces.

Talk to Text
Talk to text feature lets poets speak to text. This helps poets flow without the action of typing or pencil on paper.

Type it Out
Normal functional keyboard lets authors type and edit to conform to formal styling or break the rules.

Audio
Personalize your poetry by including your auditory reading to share. This feature allows the author to heighten the audiences understanding of the poems.

Avatar
Be seen, be heard, be acknowledged without the burden of societal norms. WEC lets authors, of all identities, chose pen names, avatars and voice modulators prioritizing the identity of expression over the born identity.

"I enjoy the talk to text poetry feature because I can flow without pausing on grammar. Then I can go back to my own content and edit before I publish. This feature is great because it lets my individual relationship with my writing evolve without the constraints of time writing."
